Labour Allocation
People often underestimate the cost implications of time usage. Xperdyte's detailed allocation of time distinguishes between:
- Time required at each work centre to setup the machines prior to the commencement of the job.
- The actual labour time required at each work centre as specified in the B.O.M.
Xperdyte also uniquely considers time factors such as:
- Cost Types; whether the specific time spent is a fixed or variable cost.
- Labour Factor; which labour rates apply at the given time i.e. normal rates or overtime.
